I Married a Ranger Dama Margaret Smith Books

What a special book about the early days of the Grand Canyon as a national park. Wonderful first hand accounts of life on the rim, journeys down in the canyon and trips to different Native American villages. The author makes a special effort to describe the Native Americans of the day, especially the life of the women and children. Many humorous tales of workers and visitors to the park. Many descriptions of different areas of the G.C. I thoroughly enjoyed and recommend this book, especially if you have visited the canyon.
